一 |     Tarun Mansukhani's directorial debut Dostana not only became a milestone in his career but also gave Bollywood one of its most iconic pop-culture moments, Priyanka Chopra as the unforgettable Desi Girl. Backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, it also starred John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan.     The sequel, however, has had a far more troubled journey. Initially planned with Kartik Aaryan, it was stalled after his reported fallout with Karan Johar. Now, it is being reported that the filmmaker will be taking the sequel forward with Lakshya and Vikrant Massey. However, Mansukhani won't be returning as the director.Despite that, Mansukhani insists that nothing has impacted his bond with KJo. Speaking to Filmfare, he shared, "You can never change a bond between two brothers, or a father and son or any of those kinds of relationships. And just because I'm not working there anymore does not mean that we have a fallout in our relationship or any such dramatic thing. We both love each other endlessly. We have had disagreements creatively on various things Kuch Kuch Hota Hai onwards but that's nothing new. We've always been like that. And that's why we can do what we do. "I don't think I ever saw a future like that, the way she has accomplished," he said. "What I always knew, though, was that this tag would stay with her. Right before I played the song for her for the first time, I told her, 'No matter how big you become, no matter what you achieve in your life, you will always be referred to as this for the rest of your career.' And then I put on the song. I remember that moment clearly and she does too. I knew that this song is going to become this identity for this girl for the rest of her career," Mansukhani explained.      He also called Priyanka Chopra one of the finest actors he has worked with. He said, "She is one of the finest I worked with. She is so involved in your film. Priyanka will ask you questions and keep you on your toes. You can't take things for granted, you need to justify the characters, need to understand the back plot and the stories and where they come from, why they're emotional, what they're emotional about. "I don't think there can be another Desi Girl. There is the one and only Priyanka and some magic works just like that. The tag just stays, and I don't think one should even try to place it onto anyone else. 二 | 公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利1.1元（含税）。　　同日晚间，立讯精密披露三季度业绩预告，公司预计，前三季度实现归母净利润132.46亿元至143.98亿元，同比增长15%至25%。　　业务结构持续优化　　今年上半年，立讯精密在行业技术迭代加速以及市场复杂变化的外部环境下，始终坚持长期主义，持续深化消费电子、通信与数据中心、汽车电子三大核心业务布局，充分发挥全球化产能配置、垂直一体化整合以及精密智造平台优势，实现经营规模与业务质量稳步提升。　　上半年，立讯精密的毛利率为11.78%，较2025年同期提升0.17个百分点，主要系通信与数据中心、汽车电子等高于公司整体平均毛利率业务保持较快增长，带动业务结构持续优化。

三 | 　　具体到业务来看，消费电子业务仍是立讯精密的基本盘，上半年实现营收1224.76亿元，同比增长19.27%。

四 | 立讯精密表示，面向AI终端发展机遇，公司依托跨领域技术融合能力、智能制造体系及全球规模化交付能力，积极与全球领先客户开展智能穿戴、AI端侧硬件、机器人等创新性更强、复杂程度更高的产品开发，推动消费电子业务向产品定义、系统集成等更高价值环节延伸。　　同期，公司的通信与数据中心业务实现营收166.09亿元，同比增长49.66%；汽车电子业务实现营收323.91亿元，同比增长274.10%。　　通信与数据中心业务方面，上半年，立讯精密持续构建覆盖高速互联铜缆连接/光连接、热管理和电源管理的系统解决方案能力。

五 | 高速互联方面，公司坚持光铜并进的发展策略。

六 | 在铜互联领域，公司持续推进224G、448G及下一代更高速率的技术布局，围绕CPC、NPC、Cable Cartridge、高速背板连接器等核心方向提升系统级互联能力，并着力推进CPC相关产品在2027年下半年实现商用落地。　　立讯精密表示，除北美市场以外，中国市场随着AI技术的演进亦爆发出庞大的市场机遇，尤其在高技术壁垒和国产替代下的高速铜缆、连接器领域，国内市场呈现出高质量发展态势。基于技术领先性，公司在该市场已取得显著优势，未来三年将实现高速增长。

七 | 　　在光互联领域，立讯精密持续推进800G规模化应用，今年上半年实现量产出货，并于下半年完成业内领先的自动化制程开发、验证和量产落地，同时围绕1.6T、2.4T、3.2T LRO、LPO，以及XPO、NPO、CPO等下一代技术方向进行前瞻布局，有望在2026年下半年和明后年陆续实现自动化制程开发与量产落地。　　热管理方面，立讯精密围绕AI服务器高功耗、高密度发展趋势，在目前已经实现量产的液冷产品基础上加速在北美核心客户端的产品导入，预计下半年和明年将分别实现取得供应商资格、小批量交付、大规模量产等不同阶段进展。

八 | 同时，公司持续推进金刚石铜、微通道技术及CDU等先进散热产品布局和落地，并计划于明后年陆续量产落地。　　对于汽车电子业务，立讯精密表示，公司已与全球众多主流汽车品牌建立合作关系，未来将充分发挥公司在精密制造、智能制造和全球交付方面的综合优势，结合Leoni全球化资源，为全球车企以及中国汽车品牌出海提供本地化、智能化配套服务，持续提升汽车电子业务全球竞争力。　　前期投入有望逐步转化为增量成长动能　　立讯精密预计，前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比增长15%—25%。　　对此，公司表示，消费电子业务持续受益于AI终端创新趋势及ODM/JDM能力提升；通信与数据中心业务围绕高速电连接、光连接、热管理、电源管理等核心方向持续推进重点项目落地，伴随AI基础设施建设加速，相关业务成长动能逐步增强；汽车电子业务受益于全球化布局以及Leoni整合协同效应持续释放，业务规模和客户拓展稳步推进。　　展望2026年全年，立讯精密表示，公司前期战略投入有望在下半年逐步转化为增量成长动能。公司将继续强化全球资源配置、供应链协同、成本管控和风险管理能力，推动三大业务板块协同发展和业务结构持续优化，力争实现经营规模稳步增长、盈利质量持续提升、核心竞争力进一步增强，并取得优于行业平均水平的经营表现。（文章来源：上海证券报）。
